Never had a problem with a delivery before from Harry's but was sent and imcomplete order. I brought it to their attention and had a very quick, friendly response and sorted straight away

It's easy on line ordering where I can review, change and delay auto deliveries as I need. The only improvement I would say is on the web site, 'Contact Use' button could be made clearer. But that said I have only contacted once because the courier failed.

Been a customer of Harry”s Shave Plan for a number of years. Their customer service is always spot on. Had an issue with a broken bottle on delivery and this was replaced within 2 working days.

The products are excellent. High quality razor. My only gripe is that the very soothing shaving gel blocks the sink after several rinses. Not sure how that one can be resolved.

If I leave a few days between shaving, it will take me 3 shaves with these blades to get a smooth face. I also struggle to get those awkward hairs at the top of my lip, beneath my nose.
Not sure I’ll continue using them once these blades have been used.

Been using the blades for some time now, fab!! Best of all is their shower gel it’s amazing. Have used all the top posh brands but these are best by far. Smell great lather up great and the bottles look great.

Prompt answering of telephone and ease of actual transaction. How nice to talk to someone I could easily understand.

Good company to deal with. Their razor wasn’t for me after trialling it but had no issues cancelling my subscription.

Had query which was answered quickly. First time using Harry's shavers after many years using Gillette. To be honest jury still out as to if the blades although cheaper how long do they last and how close the shave is ? I could get away with not shaving 2 some times 3 days with Gillette ! Not so sure with my new Harry's shaver ??

Got the trial pack about 2 weeks ago…I would give 5star plus.
I shave every day the blade is extremely durable and comfortable to shave with the razor is ergonomic not mentioning the shaving gel from which you have to use half as from the others on the market and makes the blades slide on the skin perfectly.
I’m gonna definitely stick with the brand no question
The only downside is they only deliver with Evri which is absolutely untrustworthy or Royal Mail which is the same…

The Harry staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the products provide a beautiful smooth shave the best I have ever experienced.

I have been subscribing to Harry's for a while now and they have been really really good. Fairly priced and a great product. This is the first time I've had an issue and it wasn't even their fault, it was the postal service side and yet Harry's sorted it out in the same day no problem. Thanks so much.
